INGREDIENTS
- 150g hazelnuts, roasted
- 400-500ml soy milk(or another) (coconut for the creamiest)
- 4 pitted medjoul dates
TOPPING
- crushed hazelnuts
- chocolate sauce
METHOD
1. Blend all ingredients until very smooth
2. Fill into ice cube molds and freeze for 3-6 hours
3. Blend ice cubes again until creamy and eat immediately or freeze for 1 more hour for the best texture
4. Keep in freezer and take out at least 15 minutes before eating
