ARTICHOKE CHIPS

INGREDIENTS
- Artichokes (as many as you want)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some salt
EAT WITH
- Romesco Sauce
METHOD
1. Cut the top and bottom of the artichoke and peel off the outside leaves
2. Cut in thin slices that will fall apart slightly
3. Move them into a baking tray, drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some salt over
4. Toss them and bake for 15-20 min at 200°C (8 min in the Airfryer 200°C)
5. Eat them as chips or with Romesco sauce (you can find it in our reels)
*NOTE: eat them right away so they don’t loose the crunchiness
