BANANA NUGGETS

INGREDIENTS

- 2 big bananas, cut in thick chunks

- 100 g oat flour

- 170 ml soy milk

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- cornflakes, partly crushed


EAT WITH

- melted dark chocolate

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C

2. Prepare a bowl with the flour, milk, cinnamon and baking powder

3. Prepare a plate with the cornflakes

4. Dip each banana chunk into the bowl and cover immediately with the cornflakes (press cornflakes into banana)

5. Spread out nuggets on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown

6. Dip into melted chocolate or eat pure
