BISCOFF NICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
- 10 gingerbread cookies
- 3 frozen bananas
- 100 ml plant milk
- optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
TOPPING
- more cookies
METHOD
1. Blend the milk with 8 of the cookies
2. Add bananas and blend until smooth (cut bananas in small pieces upfront to help the blender blending them easily)
3. Fill into bowls and crumble up 2 remaining cookies on top or into the nice cream
