CREAMY MUSHROOM TOFU

INGREDIENTS
- 200-300g tofu, in thick slices
- 200ml vegan cream
- 5-6 champignons, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil to fry
Marinade:
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
EAT WITH
- some homemade bread
- baked potatoes
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade
2. Add the tofu and marinate with the liquid
3. In a pan fry the onion until almost soft, add mushrooms and fry until soft
4. Pour in marinade and vegan cream and simmer until it thickens
5. On the side fry the tofu from both sides for some minutes
6. Serve tofu on a plate with lots of sauce on top
