EASY KETCHUP

INGREDIENTS
- 400g tomato paste
- 350g apple vinegar or white vinegar (add to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 dates, pitted (add to taste)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional:
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
EAT WITH
- chips etc.
METHOD
1. Soften the dates by putting them in hot water for a few minutes
2. Blend all ingredients in a blender
3. Fill into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes to let the alcohol evaporate
4. Fill in a bottle or a jar and enjoy with potato wedges or our pasta chips
