- 300g Silk Tofu
- 1 garlic clove
- juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Optional:
-1/2 tsp mustard
- pinch pepper
EAT WITH
- homemade fries
- as a sauce for a sandwich
METHOD
1. Blend all the ingredients until super smooth
2. Chill for 1-2 hours in the fridge
3. Enjoy on a sandwich or with homemade fries
