INGREDIENTS

- 100g round rice

- 1 l coconut-rice milk*

- 1 mango

- Optional: sweetener

TOPPING

- sesame seeds

METHOD

1. In a pot, cook the rice in the milk for 30 min stirring constantly

2. Divide into 4 little jars/portions and chill in the fridge overnight

3. Serve with some fresh mango and sesame seeds
