NO WASTE DRESSING


What do you do with an empty glass of jam? We reuse the left over jam to make the most amazing salad dressing by just adding some oil, vinegar and mustard into the jar!

INGREDIENTS

- left over jam or 1 tsp jam

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp balsamico

- 1 tsp dijon mustard

- a pinch of salt


EAT WITH

 - a fresh green salad

METHOD

1. Mix all ingredients and shake until well combined

2. You can keep the dressing outside of the fridge for a long time
