OUR EASY YAKI SOBA

INGREDIENTS
- 2 blocks of instant noodles
- veggies like: garlic, onion, carrot, kale,…
- tofu if you like
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweetener
TOPPINGS
- chives
- spring onion
METHOD
1. Chop all veggies and prepare the sauce
2. Cook the noodles according to instructions
3. Stir-fry the veggies until soft
4. Add the noodles and the sauce and fry another minute
