OUR NASI GORENG

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of rice, best if you have left over from the day before
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 small pak choy, sliced
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic glove, chopped
- 1 cm ginger, grated
- 150 gr silk tofu, crumbled
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
TOPPING
- crushed peanuts
- spring onion
- cucumber slices
METHOD
1. Cook the rice or take the left over rice from the day before
2. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in a pan in some oil
3. Add the veggies and fry for some more minutes
4. Add the rice, the tofu and the sauce and fry all together for another 3-5 min
5. Top up with spring onion, peanuts and cucumber slices and enjoy!
