PIZZA BABKA

We are not shy when it comes to pizza! We love to try out things and, oh wow, this nicely folded pizza babka is something that we highly recommend to try out. Every piece is like a piece of heaven!

DIFFICULTY: 7/10

INGREDIENTS

- 400 g of pizza dough

TOPPING

- sun-dried tomato paste

- tomato passata

- vegan cheese

- fresh basil

- black olives

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 230°C

2. Roll out the dough into a squared shape 40x25

3. Add toppings, but do not overload

4. Roll dough along the long side 

5. Cut through the middle along the long side 

6. With your fingers glue together the upper ends and start folding one side over the other

7. Move carefully into a cake tin and drizzle some oil

8. Bake for 25-30min on 230°C

9. Let cool down a little before removing from the tin
