INGREDIENTS

- 2 tortilla wraps (check our recipe)

- some tomato sauce

- some vegan cheese

- herbs and spices (oregano, basil, …)



METHOD

1. In a pan heat up a little bit of olive oil

2. Put one tortilla in the pan, add then, cover with the other tortilla and fry for a minute

3. Turn around and fry for another minute

4. Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy hot!
