PIZZA GNOCCHI

INGREDIENTS

- 400g potatoes, peeled

- 150g flour plus more

- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste

- 100g cheese

- 1 tbsp oregano or pizza spice (like oregano, onion powder, garlic powder)

EAT WITH

- olive oil

- tomato sauce

METHOD

1. When the potatoes are soft, remove water and mash them

2. Add all other ingredients and mix

3. Knead into a kind if dough and add more flour if still too sticky

4. Split dough into 2 big sausages and chop off chunks

5. Form into ball or gnocchi shape

6. Bring water to boil in a big pot and throw in gnocchis, wait until they pop up and remove after a minute of dancing on the surface

7. Fry in olive oil and enjoy like this or with tomato sauce
