RICE NACHOS

INGREDIENTS

- 3 rice sheets (we used squared ones)

- 2 tbsp tamari sauce

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp ketchup

Spices:

- mexican spice mix (coriander, cumin, garlic, paprika, onion powder, chilli…)

EAT WITH

- guacamole 

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Mix all liquid ingredients in a bowl

3. With a brush paint the first rice paper well and immediately put a second one on top, paint and add the last one

4. Push or massage them with your fingers to make sure they glue together well

5. With a pizza cutter cut them into triangles

6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy

7. With a small drainer sift spices on top and enjoy
