ROSEMARY GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS

- 5 tbsp runny tahini

- 5 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/4 tsp vanila extract

- 2 cups oats

- 2 tbsp chia seed

- 3/4 cups seeds

- 1/2 tsp rosemary

- some sea salt flakes

EAT WITH

- as a topping on a salad or soup

- with plant milk

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven 150°C

2. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl

3. Mix all dry ingredients and combine with wet ingredients

4. Pour on a baking sheet and press down with a rubber spatula

5. Bake for 12 minutes

6. Remove from the oven, mix again and press down again

7. Bake another 12-15 minutes

8. Remove from the oven add some sea salt flakes an let cool down for around 1.5 hours

9. Crumble up again and store in a dry container
