INGREDIENTS

- 750g potatoes, cut into wedges

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp paprika powder

EAT WITH

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C

2. In a bowl mix potato wedges with olive oil and spices until well covered

3. Add bread crumbs and combine well

4. Spread out on a baking tray and sprinkle with some more oil

5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown
