- Vermicelly noodles

- Lettuce

- Carrot

- Avocado

- Radish

- Mint Leaves

- Coriander

- Mango

- tempe

- Fried Mushroom

- Peanuts

SAUCE

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar

- 2 tbsp grated lemongrass

- 2 tbsp lime juice

- 2 tbsp tamari sauce

- 1 garlic clove, grated

- 2 tbsp sweetener

METHOD

1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in bowl

2. Cook the noodles according to instructions and fry the tempe and mushrooms

3. Build your bowl with all the ingredients you love and enjoy!
